Which models are available, and what pressure and flow do they deliver?
Two models: CP16 with a 3.7 kW motor and 28.8 L/min, and CP22 with a 5.5 kW motor and 35.0 L/min (60 Hz). Both reach 7.0 MPa (70 bar). Weight is 61 kg and 74 kg respectively.
How is a plunger pump different from a centrifugal coolant pump?
A plunger pump is a positive-displacement pump: pressure and flow do not change with coolant viscosity or oil/water ratio, so deep-hole drilling gets stable pressure and reliable chip evacuation. The pump is designed and built entirely in Taiwan — simple construction, easy to service, long life.
What pressure and flow do I need for deep-hole or indexable drills?
With water-soluble coolant and a two-hole drill as reference: Ø13–22.5 mm drills (Ø2 mm coolant holes) about 70 kg/cm² and 25 L/min; Ø23–28.5 mm (Ø2.5 mm holes) about 40 kg/cm² and 27 L/min; Ø29–45 mm (Ø3 mm holes) about 20 kg/cm² and 33 L/min. What are the port sizes and mounting dimensions?
Inlet Rc 1, outlet Rc 3/4, with a relief valve on the pump head. Mounting flange P.C.D. Ø160 with 4 × Ø10.5 through holes, mounted vertically on the tank. Overall length 650 mm (CP-16) or 660 mm (CP-22), motor Ø230 mm — see the dimension drawing on this page.
Pump only, or the servo-controlled coolant system?

Is there anything for managing the coolant itself?
