Screw-tube Oil Skimmer OS-150
OIL SKIMMER — No cleaning · No belt replacement · One-pass oil recovery
Actual recovered oil sample
Unmanaged surface tramp oil causes odor, bacteria and slime, shorter tool life, reduced machining accuracy, and rising costs from frequent coolant changes. Regular oil removal extends coolant life, keeps equipment stable, and improves the work environment.

Core Technology
A specially structured screw rotates inside a tube to recover oil — the “screw-tube” principle. The oil film is scraped directly from the surface into the tube, eliminating the conventional gravity separation tank — compact and cleaning-free.
Four Advantages
🛠️ 01 Maintenance-free
No belt, no scraper — saves labor hours.
🧼 02 No cleaning
No gravity separation tank, no downtime to clean.
💧 03 High purity
Low water content in recovered oil, minimal coolant loss.
📐 04 Space-saving
Compact build, mounts directly on the existing tank.
